Shipping (Delivery) Policy

At KKCFood, we are committed to delivering your food fresh and on time.

• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Banpur, Balugaon, Barkul, Naval. Please ensure your address is correct when placing the order.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within [30–90 minutes] depending on location, traffic, and order volume.

• Delivery Charges: A delivery fee may apply based on distance from our store. The final delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

• Order Tracking: You will receive updates when your order is confirmed, out for delivery, and delivered.

• Failed Deliveries: If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. In case the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.

• Special Instructions: Please mention any delivery instructions (like landmarks or gate codes) at checkout to help our delivery boy find you easily.
